A 7-week sacred movement and energy workshop on alternating Sundays from July 13 – October 5, 1-3pm with Triple OG Shak Ita designed to awaken the body, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect to divine feminine power. Through guided flow, sensual rhythm, and intention, participants experience dance as healing. Come for the full series or pick and choose what you’re able to attend.
